We collaborate with partners and suppliers worldwide to ensure efficient and secure goods flow for our customers. <\/span><\/p><h4 data-start=\"449\" data-end=\"471\"><strong data-start=\"454\" data-end=\"469\">Our Responsibility<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"742\">Although we are not directly obligated to comply with the Transparency Act, we aim to contribute to increased transparency and accountability in our industry. Olog works for <strong data-start=\"612\" data-end=\"678\">fundamental human rights and decent working conditions<\/strong>, both internally and with our partners and suppliers.<\/p><p data-start=\"744\" data-end=\"809\">By decent working conditions, we mean the following requirements:<br \/><br \/><\/p><ul data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"1093\"><li data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"883\" class=\"translation-block\">Ensuring <strong data-start=\"828\" data-end=\"863\">Health, Environment, and Safety (HSE) <\/strong> at the workplace<\/li><li data-start=\"884\" data-end=\"937\" class=\"translation-block\">Respect for <strong data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"935\">social and cultural rights<\/strong><\/li><li data-start=\"938\" data-end=\"1017\" class=\"translation-block\">Providing employees with <strong data-start=\"958\" data-end=\"981\">a living wage<\/strong>, and ensuring minimum wage requirements are met<\/li><li data-start=\"1018\" data-end=\"1093\" class=\"translation-block\">Allowing employees <strong data-start=\"1050\" data-end=\"1070\">the freedom to organize<\/strong> if they wish<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1095\" data-end=\"1191\">We expect our partners and suppliers to uphold these requirements in a satisfactory manner.<br \/><br \/><\/p><h4 data-start=\"1193\" data-end=\"1239\"><strong data-start=\"1198\" data-end=\"1237\">Due Diligence and Follow-up<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"1240\" data-end=\"1464\">Olog actively works to identify and assess risks in our supply chains, especially related to working conditions and human rights.
