Senere tids problemer vedrørende gjennomføring av sjø og togfrakt fra Kina er vedvarende, og
utvikling tilsier en forverret situasjon i tiden fremover. Nedenfor informasjon mottatt fra vår gode
agent i Kina angående utfordringene medfølgende forsinkelser som oppleves og må forventes i det
kinesiske eksport markedet:

Below are some updates for current ocean and Rail export market situation in China.
The peak situation for ocean and rail export market out of China is continuing, the freight
cost is increasing week by week, the spaces are super tight. We don’t see the situation
will be eased in near future due to strong export demands, and less capacity providing
from the carriers.
The situation caused a lot of departure delays for both ocean and rail freight, plus
tremendously congestions for rail freight on the way to Europe. Pls kindly be aware of
those delay and congestions, and plan the shipping schedule as earlier as possible.
The Covid-19 outbreak recently in South China makes the situation worse over there, we
can see the Yantian ports be closed for couple days and congestion continues after the
port be re opened. Some area of Guangzhou city has been locked down since last
week due to increasing positive cases, even most of the factories are still opening, but
we can see some trucking company is refusing to drive into Guangzhou areas.
